There are 2 types of payment methods in our system: Credit Card and Wire Transfer. Remittance payments have a 2% discount. In the Credit Card payment type, there are installment options depending on the credit card you use.

You can see  the  shipping  options  of  your orders  in  the  shipping  step. In the step,  if  you want,  there is  a  store  delivery  option. Depending on the Cargo company you  choose, all orders  are shipped on  the same  day,and for some cargoes, the  products you order until  12:00 are shipped on the  same day. For some cargoes,  this  process is maximum the next day. This  is specified in the  shipping option steps.

Return, cancellation and exchange are not available in the commercial sales, except in the event that the product is defective. In  case  of  need, you can contact your customer representative and forward your cancellation, return and exchange requests. The suitability of your request will examimed and you will be informed as soon as  possible.

Specify Delivery Address

Select a previously registered address as the delivery address or add new address. You can change the address before your order is shipped.

Cargo Information

After selecting the Cargo company, click the “Continue” button.

Choose Your Payment Method

Choose one  of the Bank/ Credit card, Cash in store, Reserve, Wire Transfer or Alternative payment methods offered to you.

Order Summary

Before confirming your order, check the information you ordered in the “Order Summary” field and change the ones you want to change.

Complete Your Order

When you are sure that the information you have provided is correct, you can complete your order by clicking “Complete Order” button.

You can access our Customer Representatives list in the “Place your Order with a Customer Representative” tab on the Product Detail page or the Contact page.
